Now that summer has officially started in Utah, we are enjoying some new favorite ways to spend the hot days. First and foremost: Bar-b-que! Chris has been dreaming about buying a grill since long before the start of summer, and with that dream came the scheming about all delicious foods that we would cook on it. We were biding our time and saving our pennies when Chris mentioned our desire for a grill to some friends of ours. As it turns out, they had a small charcoal grill that they were trying to find a new home for to make room for their new gas grill. We eagerly offered to take it off their hands and they graciously accepted! I picked up an amazing grilling cookbook for Chris for Father's Day and we have been experimenting ever since! Yummmmm....
