In history we are studying Ancient Egypt, so this week we worked on making our own clay tablets with cuneiform code carved on them. Arthur spelled out his name in cuneiform.
We then explored hieroglyphs and made some scrolls with hieroglyphic writing.
In science we are learning about the water cycle, so the kids each made their own flap book about the four stages of the water cycle and what happens in each.

I got your message, talked to Elijah about it, and he would looove to be pen pals!! His writing and spelling is still slow and creative, but maybe we can add a "translation" letter as well.
