Don't neglect your morning stretches!

It is hilarious to watch Arthur trying to do Pilates with me in the morning, it really keeps my routine interesting! Here are the two of us doing our cat and cow stretches.

OK, so which one are you doing... the cat of the cow? Remember when we all tried yoga? I can remember more laughing than progress with stretching! Keep up the good work. (Suggestion, you be the cat and let Arthur be the cow.... still sounds like a fun barnyard adventure!)

Ah, the visual of us doing pilates together...remember how I cannot, for my life, make my opposite arm and leg move in circular motion! Lame!
