Arthur just had his two month check up and I find and I have joined the ranks of the moms that say "time flies" and "they grow up way too fast". His newborn clothes are all packed away along with his 0-3 month sizes, and out came the 3-6 month wear! At the doctor's office this week he weighed in at 13 lbs and 24 inches long, so I know that it isn't just my imagination- he is getting big! Several weeks ago he started smiling with a purpose, not just the phantom 'gassy tummy' smiles of his newborn phase. It brings us so much joy to see his face light up and that toothless grin spread wide! He loves to 'talk' and he's all smiles when we wakes up in the morning, but that is probably because we have such a late sleeping baby- we don't see his eyes for more than eating until about 10am (not that I'm complaining!). It is so rewarding to know that he is happy and healthy!
