Surprise!! I am finally sitting down to update my oft ignored blog!
So, drum roll please.......I thought what better way to start this flurry of blog posts than with the only two pictures I have from my trip to visit my mom in July? The timing couldn't be better really because we just celebrated our shared birthday on Sunday so this gives me the chance to publicly, bloglicly say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my incredible beautiful mom!!
We spent a week together this summer when I flew over without the kids to visit her. We shopped, painted our toenails, shopped, watched girly movies, shopped, read The Princess Bride, and shopped some more! Ok, so maybe we did a little too much shopping, but when you only get one week of girl time you have to make the most of it! I am going back again for two weeks in December and can't wait- if anyone has any good read aloud novel suggestions I would love to hear them.
