We learned lots of fun things and got to see lots of their equipment up close and personal. After the safety class we got to walk through the rest of the station and out into the garage where all the big fire trucks are parked.
This is the fire chief who started our safety class. After about 1 minute his radio went off, alerting them to a fire at the local elementary school. Every mom in the room panicked, apparently they all had older children at that school! Needless to say, the chief didn't stay. Holy frijoles girlfriend... you take the preschool cake! Arthur is one lucky student. What incredibly fun ideas you have and please can I have some of your energy? ;) How fun to have gone to Disneyland as a family too... lucky!
I am so inspired, Karin. Thanks for sharing all these fun ideas and activities. It is so fun to read about. I especially loved seeing the pictures of little Stella in her pink hat. Such a beauty.
Karin, I love the work you are doing with Arthur and the pictures and stories are great! I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back on your blog... I have been away too long.
