Arthur's other favorite thing of late- DINOSAURS!!!
We took Arthur to the nearby Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum for their $2 Tuesday in August. We had such a great time!
They have an area out back were kids can actually search for fossils and keep what they find! Arthur chipped away at a couple of rocks and then decided on which ones were the best looking and he was ready to go. To him all the rocks were fossils, to me it was 100 degrees so I didn't argue.
Arthur's cousin...ummm, second cousin....the daughter of my cousin....ok, his somehow related 'cousin', Mikka, was in town visiting so they joined us at the museum.
Another exhibit, The Notion of Motion, was very interesting!
All in all we learned a lot and had a great time! Until next time dinosaurs!
