Meet Toby the tortoise, Arthur's new friend and playmate. They often have crawling matches, and you'd be surprised at how fast a tortoise can actually move! This is in the back garden at Chris' parents' (our temporary dwelling place) with Toby and Arthur on the loose and a beautiful blanket of flower buds on the grass. It was a gorgeous spring day today and Chris had an itchy camera finger!

And I had a turtle when we lived in Washington... named Toby!

What a beautiful yard and garden... and the grandson is the cutest part! The turtle is no match! Your hair looks so European!
