During our visit to Chris' family in March we celebrated Stella's second birthday!
Grandma surprised Stella with a birthday cake the night we arrived.

Some of Stella's favorite things in the world are monkeys! So of course we had to have a monkey party for her. I found a really cute idea for making monkey face cupcakes on Pintrest with Nutter Butters and Nilla Wafers...then I realized that they don't have either of those in England- ugh! So I improvised with my own monkey face design complete with all British cookies and chocolates!
They turned out so cute!

Stella, you are the silliest, funniest, sweetest, full of life girl we ever could have imagined! You love to make people laugh and never miss an opportunity to show off when you have an audience. You charm everyone, and you have Daddy wrapped around your little finger. All day long you follow Arthur around doing everything exactly the way he does and insisting on being beside him at every moment. Consequently, you love dinosaurs and Legos! You are the light of our days and we couldn't be more in love with you, our precious baby girl!
