The Lainharts come to stay!

I came to the realization this weekend that the only way I was ever going to be caught up on my blog is by locking myself in the study with the computer and no kids! So here I am...barricaded in the back room with only bread and water until I finish these posts.

Fall happened in a blink, but luckily we at least took some pictures along the way!. So we'll start in September with a visit from our BFF's- the one and only Lainharts! They were headed from Vegas to spend a week in Wyoming and graced us with a visit on their way through so we got two whole days to soak up as much fun, laughter, food, games, and well....Lainhart-ness as possible!



Cramming in the back of our Mazda 5...sure it seats 6 people, as long as two of them are acrobatic enough to climb in through the trunk!

We spent an afternoon on Temple Square enjoying the cool weather and beautiful gardens!

Arthur is completely infatuated with Uncle Danny and Aunt BreighAn! I really thought that my kids would at least be teenagers before they started preferring other people over us, but Danny blew that theory out of the water in one visit!

We had a great weekend and really missed them when they left. It is hard to imagine our married life without Danny and BreighAn and their friendship we have known them for over 6 years now and have oodles of awesome memories with them! I never laugh harder than I do when BreighAn and I hang out, and I am so grateful to have a friend like that! So, thanks for coming Lainharts- we love you guys!
