It is a couple of weeks late, but here are Arthur's answers to his 'birthday interview'- 20 questions about some of his favorite things along with a few pictures from his first day wearing his brand new glasses! I guess it shouldn't have been a surprise that he has very poor eyesight, given the immediate gene pool, but I felt a bit sad that he would suddenly always be wearing glasses. After the first day of seeing him in them it now seems like he has always worn them, its like he was made for wearing glasses! He looks so good in them! What a handsome guy! We love him to pieces!

8. What is your favorite snack? Crackers with cheese on top of them

10. What is your favorite song? I love trains (from Dinosaur Train)
11. What is your favorite book? All of my dinosaur books (he has recently stopped wanting to read any ‘stories’ or fiction of any kind and only wants to read ‘real life books’ so we stock up on nonfiction from the library on all the topics he is interested in, but it also means we have collected quite a few books on dinosaurs!)

holidays’ throughout the year where businesses shut down without there being a
celebration of anything except the joy of having a long weekend. There are two
bank holiday Mondays in May- this weekend included and he loves having the
extra play time with Daddy at home! Who could blame him?)

you at night? My little t-rex and my slippers

19. What is your favorite thing to eat for dinner? spaghetti (I’m not sure where this came from, it is a total fib! He doesn’t actually love spaghetti at all, in fact the only way I can get him to eat it is if I promise he can have a serving of plain spaghetti noodles to eat after he finishes a plate of spaghetti with sauce on it!)

Good morning! It's, like, 10am your time. I should be sleeping but I keep waiting for Archer (in my head I just said Arthur...when will I remember my baby's name?!) to wake up. I don't want to go to sleep because he's due to wake up, like, an hour ago. Why am I rambling? Oh, because it's 2am. Anyway, I just wanted to say how I love that I (we) had the opportunity to live with you guys for that last little bit (totally not long enough, in my opinion) because it gave me the chance to get to know your kids so much better. I miss them (and you, of course), and love that I knew lots of Arthur's answers. And the glasses are too cute. Love you guys!
