Six Years Happy

Today Chris and I celebrate our six year wedding anniversary! I'd like to say that it seems like yesterday that we were kneeling at the alter being sealed for time and all eternity, but to be honest it feels more like it has already been an eternity. Let me clarify that, I mean it seems unimaginable that as much love, as much fun, as much travel, as many adventures, memories, late nights, early nights, pains, laughs, and bliss could be contained in only six short years. We have had so many new and sweet experiences over these years that I can only dream of what lays ahead over the rest of our lives.
So since I spotlighted our children over the last few days, allow me to do the same for my wonderful husband. Chris is more perfect than he will ever know. Which I count as a good thing! He is certainly the most dedicated and driven person that I have ever met. He works so hard and he never falls short! I am always in awe that I got to hitch my wagon to this star and go along with him as he changes the world! He is an unfailing father and a tender husband. He is fun and interesting, adventurous and smart. One of the things that I loved first about him when we were dating was that we could always have the most interesting conversations, with both of us discussing and analyzing and offering our viewpoints. Or we could just sit for hours and laugh over the silliest of things. We are truly a pair of mandarin ducks, side by side for all of eternity.
Chris, I will follow you forever. I love you with all my heart.
