The fun we had!

For Arthur's birthday on Tuesday we set out to do all things fun and toddler-ish! First thing in the morning Arthur got to open a few gifts and cards, then later in the day we had ice cream treats and lots of play time at the big indoor playscape nearby. We had such a fun time celebrating together and we can't wait for Arthur's birthday party when we get back to England in June!
The weather has finally become warm and spring like here in Warsaw so we spent the afternoon yesterday at the park feeding birds and enjoying the beautiful spring flowers. Arthur is becoming such a little 'bird charmer' and loves chasing them through the park!
We had quite a gathering of pigeons and ducks yesterday once we started throwing bread crumbs for them and each time they got startled the whole flock of them would fly up at once in a sudden flurry of feathers and wings flapping. Arthur loved it and would stand in the middle of them waiting for them to take flight!
I am wishing for many more sunny afternoons spent in the park!
